Based in the South of England, Peter trained in Mental Health Nursing and practised as a Registered Mental Health Nurse in acute/rehabilitation services until 2007.
Complimenting his experience within Mental Health Nursing and Health and Social Care, Peter gained a Bachelor of Laws degree (Upper Second Class) in 2005, passing his Legal Practice Course in 2007 to pursue a career as a Mental Health Legal Consultant.
In line with his specialist interest, Peter became a member of the Law Society’s Mental Health Accreditation Scheme in 2007.
As an established practitioner, Peter offers expert advice to people liable to be detained under the Mental Health Act 1983 (as amended) seeking representation. Peter does not delegate any aspect of preparation in mental health cases, combining continuity of representation with a friendly and reliable service.
